Mr. AKM Fazlul Karim joined in BCS (Judiciary) in 1975 and joined as a Munsef. Later he served in different district judgeships as munsef, Joint District Judge. He was promoted as District Judge in 1991 and posted in Natore as District Judge. He also served as a District Judge in Khulna, Noakhali, Moulvibazar.
Mr. AKM Fazlul Karim later served as a member in the Administrative Tribunal and then posted as a Joint Secretary in the Ministry of Law, Justice & Parliamentary Affairs and retired from there. After his retirement, he joined as an Advocate in the High Court Division of the Supreme Court of Bangladesh.
